Top Speed: 63 miles per hour, Silverado Trail, between Napa and St. Helena. It was brief but glorious, then I got stuck behind a white Prius with an Apple sticker in the back window going 45 miles per hour.
Lustful Object du Jour: Aston Martin, Silverado Trail, going the other way
Fail: The A/C in my Civic and 100+ degree temps for at least the next week
Spotify Today: Repeaters; “Low Shoulders” by Toro y Moi, “Shuck” by Purity Ring, and, very appropriately, “Prayer for Rain – The Antandra Remix” by The Polish Ambassador
Activity: Hiked 16.55 miles
Most Hedonistic Moment: The luke warm beer at mile 13 of my hike
LOL: Not yet, but I smiled inwardly quite a lot
Video Today: Casey Neistat Vlog 166
Quote or Quip: “Nature is stronger than man”
